This lovely, large Morenci turquoise knifewing bolo was hand-crafted by Zuni artist Frances Leekya c:1915-2003. The stones are slightly raised channel inlay, with what is called a fish scale design. France and family were well-known for this style of inlay. Frances was the son of Leekya Deyuse. The workmanship is perfect on this piece and the turquoise is beautiful! A statement bolo that looks lovely on. Not Hallmarked, as his early pieces were not hallmarked.

The bolo measure, 3" tall by 2 7/8" wide. The handmade tips are 2 1/4" long with the entire braided leather being 37" long, including tips.
