How do I return an item?


We will happily accept returns for exchange or refund within 8 calendar days after delivery of the item. At our sole discretion after 8 calendar days, we may offer an exchange or store credit only. Must contact us on returns within 8 days of delivery. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". The buyer is responsible for return shipping

All returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund.


-Must not be a special order, layaway, repaired, sized, payment plans or a custom order.


If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact us immediately.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. A refund for the item will be given for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged (less any shipping, service fees and credit card charges). Our credit card services are no longer refunding card charges. Again, you must contact us within 8 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 8 days and without contacting us will NOT be refunded.
