This pretty cast bracelet was handcrafted by well-known Hopi artist Lewis Lomay. c:(1913-1996). He began his career in jewelry in 1930's and worked for a long period of time with Frank Patania Sr. in Santa Fe NM. His designs were both traditional Hopi with a touch of European influence at times. His work is highly collectable, as well it should be. Hallmarked with his Snake.
The lovely cast designed bracelet has a soft patina on the silver and a gorgeous red webbed #8 turquoise stone as the centerpiece. The bracelet measures 1 11/16" wide at the center. The inside measures 5 7/8" with a 7/8" opening.
