This vivid one-of-a-kind bracelet was handcrafted by Navajo artist, Kirk Smith. This lovely piece features a high grade, natural turquoise stone and beautiful coral. The detail of the design is quite nice with the stone being the centerpiece. The center of the bracelet measures 2" wide, tapering to 5/8". The inside diameter of 5 1/8" with a 1" opening. Each of Kirk's one-of-a-kind bracelets have their own unique elements! The bracelet has a substantial weight of 105 grams. Hallmarked.
Kirk began his jewelry career in the early 1970's and work on and off as a silversmith. He decided in 1980 that he would devote full time to his jewelry. He quickly became a master of the art, and his work became highly collectable. Unfortunately, Kirk Smith was killed by a drunk driver in an unfortunate tragedy on September 17, 2012.
