Lee Edaakie c:1914-1984 is best known for his exquisite channel and mosaic inlay jewelry. Rarer are his stone settings and silver work. He is one of the jewelers that worked for Trader C.G. Wallace and there is a pictured piece he did with Dan Simplicio in the Wallace Auction catalogue on pg. 65. This beautiful 1950's Bolo tie is set with sky blue natural Morenci turquoise and a deep red coral branch. Stamped drops, leaves and a stamped silver frame adds the final touch to this lovely bolo. It has an etched hallmarked with his full name and has an etched trader's code also.
It measures, 3 3/8" tall x 2 3/8" wide. A beautiful deep patina graces the entire bolo.
