This beautifully crafted Squash Blossom necklace is hand crafted Navajo work. Circa: 1940's into early 50's. It is a stunning necklace with heavy 17mm saucer beads and a gorgeous naja with Blue Gem turquoise. Very fine work!! Heavier gauge silver was used on the handcrafted beads and time was taken to smooth them out to a beautiful finish. The Naja has fine twist wire and is nicely finished. A wonderful smooth patina graces the entire necklace.

This necklace dated to the late 1940's into the early 50's and does not have a maker's mark--being of a time when such things were not commonly done. The overall condition is excellent.

The Naja measures 2 1/2" tall by 2 3/4" wide. The necklace measures 22" long. Weight is 207 grams.
